Once your item is made and ready to be shipped you will be notified of the tracking details. Please allow up to 6 business days via tracked delivery service.

Arrival times may slightly shift during peak seasons.

Returns

We hope you love your piece, but if it's not right for you, please notify us within 28 days and we will guide you through the return process. When returning, ensure the item is unworn and in its original condition and the labels and swing tags must be intact. Place it in the original packaging, and if the box is damaged, replace it for protection. Seal the package, attach the returns label. Failure to meet these requirements may result in return denial.

Refunds will be credited to the purchasers original payment method. Upon receiving a return, we will process the refund promptly, and all refunds are issued within 28 days.

If the item you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchased. Due to changes in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Once an order is confirmed we are unable to mix orders, alter styles, adjust your billing or shipping info, or include items.
