Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow 5–9 business days for delivery via our tracked international shipping service.

If you are contacted by a courier or customs authority requesting additional duties, taxes, or import fees, please contact us before making payment and we will be happy to assist.

Returns

We hope you love your piece, but if it's not right for you, please notify us within 28 days and we will guide you through the return process. When returning, ensure the item is unworn and in its original condition and the labels and swing tags must be intact. Place it in the original packaging, and if the box is damaged, please replace it for something similarly protective. Seal the package, attach the returns label. Failure to meet these requirements may result in return denial.

Refunds will be credited to the purchasers original payment method. Upon receiving a return, we will process the refund promptly, and all refunds are issued within 28 days.

If the item you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchased. Due to changes in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

For UK returns, return shipping arrangements will be provided as part of the returns process.

For US returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount once the returned item has been received and approved.

We recommend retaining proof of postage and any tracking information until your return has been processed.
